		The Motal Firm offices are located in Building 1200, Suite 42, of the Legends Village Office Condos complex at 3000 Joe Dimaggio Boulevard, Round Rock, Texas 78665, just off US 79 about halfway between US 79's intersections with IH 35 and the SH 130 Tollway.

		Traveling South on Interstate Highway 35
		Toward Austin and San Antonio
		From Georgetown, Waco, and Dallas

		Take the exit labeled “253A” and US 79, Hutto, and Taylor.
		*There is also a “253” exit - make sure you take the “253A” exit.*

		On the freeway service road, move left to the second from the inside lane.
		*The most inside lane is for a U-turn under the freeway.*

		At the first traffic light, turn left under the freeway to the east and onto the cross street.
		*At that light, the cross street is Sam Bass Road to your right and West Palm Valley Boulevard to your left.*
		*You are turning left onto West Palm Valley Boulevard.*

		Proceed under the freeway and through the traffic light along West Palm Valley Boulevard toward the east toward Hutto and Taylor.
		*The Motal Firm offices are approximately 3.2 miles east of you at this point.*

		Continue east on West Palm Valley Boulevard through the traffic light at North Mays Street.
		*West Palm Valley Boulevard will change to East Palm Valley Boulevard at Mays Street.*
		*North Mays Street is also labeled as Interstate Highway 35 Business.*

		As a waypoint, watch for the large HEB Plus! grocery store and shopping center on your left.
		*The cross street at the shopping center is FM 1460 and A. W. Grimes Boulevard.*

		When you cross the concrete bridge, begin slowing down for the crossover to Joe Dimaggio Boulevard immediately after the bridge.
		*Look for the Legends Village sign on your left.*

		Turn left on Joe Dimaggio Boulevard.
		*Once you turn, you will see the Legends Village Office Condos on your right.*

		Take the second entrance to your right into the office complex.
		*If you get to the fire station on your left you have gone too far.*

		Once in the complex, look for Building 1200 and Suite 42 on your left.
		*It is the sixth building on your left, but one building is set off from the road.*

		Traveling North on Interstate Highway 35
		Toward Georgetown, Waco, and Dallas
		From Austin and San Antonio

		Take the exit labeled “253” and US 79, Hutto, and Taylor.

		As soon as you leave the exit ramp onto the freeway service road, move to the far right lane of the service road.

		At the first traffic light, turn right off the freeway service road onto West Palm Valley Boulevard.
		*You will be heading east toward Hutto and Taylor.*
		*The Motal Firm offices are approximately 3.2 miles east of you at this point.*

		Continue east on West Palm Valley Boulevard through the traffic light at North Mays Street.
		*West Palm Valley Boulevard will change to East Palm Valley Boulevard at Mays Street.*

		Take the exit labeled “423” and US 79, Taylor, and Round Rock.

		At the first traffic light on the tollway service road at the US 79 interchange, take a right onto US 79.
		*The Motal Firm offices are 3.8 miles to the west of you from this point.*

		Proceed west along US 79.
		*As a waypoint, look for the Wal-Mart Supercenter on your right.*

		You will see the Dell Diamond baseball complex on your right, followed by the turn to Old Settlers Park and then the Old Settlers store.
		*The last cross street at the light at Old Settlers Store is Harrell Parkway.*

		Once you cross Harrell Parkway, move to the extreme right and into the right turn only lane for Joe Dimaggio Boulevard.
		*Look for the Legends Village sign on your right just before Joe Dimaggio.*

		Turn right onto Joe Dimaggio Boulevard.

		Take the exit labeled “423” and US 79, Taylor, and Round Rock.

		Once on the Tollway service road, go to the second traffic light under the US 79 interchange and turn left onto US 79 westbound.
		*The Motal Firm offices are 3.8 miles to the west of you from this point.*

		Proceed west along US 79.

		Proceed west until you cross under the SH 130 Tollway overpass.

		*As a waypoint, look for the Wal-Mart Supercenter on your right.*

		From Georgetown

		At the intersection of FM 1460 and US 79, turn left onto US 79 and proceed toward the east toward Hutto and Taylor.

		When you cross the concrete bridge, begin slowing down for the crossover to Joe Dimaggio Boulevard immediately after the bridge.
